I am not receiving any alerts. What is wrong?
  • You will receive Alerts if you have subscribed.
  • You may not have confirmed your Alert by replying to the confirmation email that was sent the same day. There is a time limit.
  • Depending on your email provider, the emails may be caught up in a spam filter, or being sent to a deleted folder.
  • The email address you provided is not current. We may be sending your alerts to an old email address.


We may be having difficulties sending email to the address you provided. If we are unable to deliver your email messages to the address you have provided, we will automatically suspend the alerts going to that address.

  • If you do not believe that any of these reasons explain why you have not been receiving Alerts, please contact us.
  • Please make sure you include the following information:

    • the approximate date when you stopped receiving your alerts
    • and if you checked to make sure the alerts were not deleted by a spam filter, or sent to a deleted folder.
